Caitlyn’s identity was forged beyond the farm gate through fifteen years of trial by fire. From small-town retail to the founding of Hewitt&Co, she learned that business is not about collecting connections, but about the community you build and how you show up for it.

In a landscape where innovation isn't a buzzword, it's what keeps the doors open, Caitlyn leads with a practical, considered rhythm. She partners with makers and visionaries to turn half-formed thoughts into projects designed to be felt rather than just seen. While her work involves design, her reality is one of instigation and leadership, often mediating expectations and coordinating the moving parts that others overlook.
